The University expects you to have the appropriate English
language proficiency level to study your proposed course before you are
admitted into QUT. See the formal tests
of English proficiency which are accepted by QUT.
QUT provides English training for students whose first language is not English.
The University provides English language courses to advanced level through QUT's
International College English
Language Programs (ELP).
If you have not met University entry requirements for a particular course, bridging programs to assist you are available through University Entry Programs.
