Adeline Arts & Science Scholarship for Women in Mathematics

The NEW Adeline Arts & Science Scholarship for Women in Mathematics is a great opportunity for female students who are passionate about mathematics and want to pursue a career in this field at the university level. This scholarship provides financial support, automatic membership in the QUT College of Excellence, and a supportive academic environment to help you succeed.

What is the Adeline Arts & Science Scholarship?

This scholarship financially supports female students pursuing a Bachelor of Mathematics degree or an eligible mathematics double degree in the QUT Faculty of Science. The scholarship is valued at up to $20,000 and is paid over the duration of your studies.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must:

  1. Have completed Year 12 (or a gap year) in 2024
  2. Be starting university for the first time in 2025
  3. Identify as female
  4. Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a permanent humanitarian visa
  5. Have achieved a minimum unadjusted ATAR of 90.0 or above
  6. Have listed QUT as your first preference on your QTAC application

How to Apply:

The application process is simple. You don't need to complete a separate scholarship application. All eligible students who complete a QTAC application will be considered based on academic performance and gender.
