Biography
BackgroundAndrew has been an academic for more than 30 years teaching at a number of institutions in Australia and overseas. He joined QUT in 1996 From 2000-2009 he held the role as the Director of Studies for the Faculty of Business before taking on the position as Associate Dean International from 2009-2021. Andrew was awarded the 2004 QUT Award for Outstanding Academic Contribution, a 2005 QUT Award for Institutional Advancement in Learning and Teaching, Australian Learning and Teaching Council citation in the area of student support and the Australian Business Deans Council award for Innovation in International Education. His main interests are in the areas of learning and teaching excellence, internationalisation of curriculum and student support. He is currently on the Australian Business Dean's Council International Group Executive and Chairs the International Business School Network group.
