Dr. Harpreet Singh is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Transport Safety at the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He holds a doctoral degree in Transportation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) , Jammu, India. Previously, Dr. Singh served as a Research Associate for the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRT&H), New Delhi, for approximately 2.5 years, contributing to a funded research project at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee.
His research primarily focuses on road safety, driving behavior, traffic psychology, and electric shared mobility alternatives. He has published in reputed journals such as Accident Analysis & Prevention, Safety Science, Transport Policy, Traffic Injury Prevention, and the Journal of Public Transportation.
Additionally, Dr. Singh is a reviewer for esteemed journals, including Accident Analysis & Prevention, Safety Science, Travel Behaviour & Society, Transportation Research Record (TRR), Construction & Building Materials, IEEE Access, Expert Systems with Applications, Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems, Measurement, and Transportation Research Part F.
