Dr Hassan Bin Tahir

Biography
Dr Hassan is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in transportation engineering at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His expertise lies in traffic safety, highway geometric design, pavement materials, and the application of statistical and econometric methods to examine complex transport problems. He holds five years of experience in highway geometric design as a Senior Engineer at the National Engineering Services of Pakistan (NESPAK). He has also been an Assistant Resident Engineer at a construction project in Pakistan for two and a half years.
Dr Hassan is currently a reviewer of several peer-reviewed journals, including the Analytical Methods in Accident Research (AMAR), Accident Analysis and Prevention (AAP), and Transportation Research Board (TRB) annual meeting.
