Biography
Dr Luke Kane is a postdoctoral researcher in the School of Computer Science at QUT, and a current member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His PhD thesis examined the balance between performance and security in IoT from the smart grid perspective. His research interests include secure implementation and design of IoT architectures, protocols, and frameworks which can support the needs of applications relevant to critical infrastructure. Luke is currently working on a number of research projects funded by the Cyber Security Cooperative Research Centre.Personal details
