Professor Lisa Bradley

Biography
Lisa Bradley is the Chair of the University Academic Board. She has research interests in the broad area of Quality of Work Life. She has been investigating how people’s experience of work can be improved, whilst always maintaining or improving organisational outcomes. She has looked at issues such as: discrimination at work; selection and performance appraisal processes; organisational culture; and most recently, work-life balance. Her research is applied and she works directly with organisations to ensure better practice can occur. She is also published in over 35 academic journals, numerous practitioner publications and presentations and over 40 academic conference presentations. She has been a consultant to a variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors. Lisa teaches in the areas of organisational behaviour, and human resource management. She has supervised over 30 higher degree research students in a range of topics related to people in organisations. Lisa has played leadership roles in the school, faculty and university, including Acting Assistant Dean (Teaching and Learning); and Head of School in the School of Management. As well she has been President, and is a Life fellow, of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM).Personal details

Experience
Lisa has been involved in many applied research , and consultancy, projects with organisations in both the public and private sector. As well she has been part of CRC projects providing research outcomes that are directly applicable to practice.
