Lidia Morawska
Professor Lidia Morawska is director of the QUT International Laboratory for Air Quality and Health. Her specific research focus is on airborne particulate matter, and her global scientific leadership has seen international and national authorities recognise the potential for airborne spread of COVID-19 and change the approaches to controlling the infection.
Kerrie Mengersen
Distinguished Professor Mengersen focuses on using and developing new statistical and computational methods that can help to solve complex problems in the real world. These problems are in the fields of environment, genetics, health and medicine, and industry.
Raja Jurdak
Professor Raja Jurdak specialises in distributed systems and is the Chair in Applied Data Sciences at QUT. He is available to provide insights into the role of data in infectious disease control.

Lisa Nissen
Professor Lisa Nissen is the head of our School of Clinical Sciences and an educator who has worked in hospital and community pharmacy in metropolitan and rural areas of Queensland, Australia. Her focus is on improving the quality use of medicines in the wider community, and she is available for insights into the pressures the pandemic is placing on pharmacies.
Trish Obst
Associate Professor Patricia Obst has been an active researcher for almost 20 years in a variety of areas including volunteering, aging, wellbeing, sense of community, contectedness and social support, alcohol use in specific populations, and community engagement. She is available for advice on the importance of staying connected during the pandemic.
Vince Kelly
Dr Vince Kelly has over 20 years' experience in elite sport working in high performance, sport science and strength and conditioning roles with professional football teams, the Queensland Academy of Sport and individual athletes. He is available for tips on how to keep fit during the pandemic.

Dr Matthew Rimmer is a Professor in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law. He has published widely on copyright law and information technology, patent law and biotechnology, access to medicines, plain packaging of tobacco products, intellectual property and climate change, Indigenous intellectual property, and intellectual property and trade. He is available for insights into conflicts over intellectual property and access to medicines in regards to COVID-19 technologies, as well as open access, open medicine and open science.
