QUT Galleries & Museums encompasses the university’s three premier cultural facilities: QUT Art Museum, the William Robinson Gallery and Old Government House, which are free and open to the public. We are also the custodians of the QUT Art Collection, which comprises more than 3000 objects.

Our venues are inclusive, friendly and unintimidating so that everyone in our community can participate in exhibitions and programs that encourage lifelong learning through creativity. Our accessibility initiatives have won national and international awards, and we are committed to being at the forefront of accessibility and inclusion across all our programs. In addition, we serve as a unique learning and teaching resource for QUT students and staff.

QUT Art Museum offers a diverse program of exhibitions that champion contemporary artists, including QUT alumni, and showcase the university’s research initiatives, to challenge and excite our audiences. The William Robinson Gallery is dedicated exclusively to works by one of Australia's pre-eminent artists and QUT alumnus, William Robinson. Old Government House is one of the state’s most historically and architecturally significant buildings, offering visitors a unique insight into Queensland’s past. The QUT Art Collection is an important thread in the fabric of Queensland and national art collections and contributes to the broader story of Australian art.
