Continuous time samplers (MCMC at the limit!)
The goal of this project is to develop new continuous time Monte Carlo methods for efficient sampling from high-dimensional distributions. Continuous-time Monte Carlo methods are a class of algorithms that use continuous-time dynamics to generate samples from target distributions, rather than the discrete-time dynamics used in traditional Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods. Carbon markets are recent social innovations of our modern economy. These national and international carbon markets are expected to play crucial roles in addressing climate change. There are many shortcomings of existing structures of the carbon markets. Rich literature discusses loopholes in these markets which undermine their ability to assist with global efforts of emission reduction and abatement. Reversing Epithelial Mesenchymal Plasticity with Eribulin to Enhance Therapy Response
Epithelial mesenchymal plasticity (EMP) is a highly regulated and powerful cellular process that is fundamental in embryonic development (1), which is hijacked by cancer cells for metastatic progression and therapy resistance in epithelial cancers (2).
