Overview
This project aims to use fermentation with engineered yeasts to maximise the production of nutritional oils from waste recovered from tthe sugar cane industry. This is part of a larger effort to maximise value in the sugar industry, supported by the Australia China Joint Centre for Biofuels and Biocommodities.
