Research activities
The student will conduct a literature review on how the emotions of service providers influence customer attitude and purchase behaviours. Additionally, the student will be involved in coding data from ongoing live stream videos to analyse the facial expressions of influencers. These activities will be carried out under the guidance of Dr. Di Wang and a PhD candidate.
Outcomes
1. A comprehensive literature review on how the emotions of service providers influence customer attitude and purchase behaviors.
2. A short report identifying key indicators for recognizing live streamers' facial expressions.
Skills and experience
1. Interest in live stream marketing and consumer behaviour.
2. Strong communication, learning, and reading and writing skills.
3. Good analytical skills and experience with data coding and analysis.

The research activities can be conducted at the university or remotely.
Additional information
Students will have access to necessary resources, including research databases, video analysis software, and support from the research team. Regular meetings and progress check-ins will be conducted to ensure the steady advancement of the project.
