Your offer letter will tell you the fees you need to pay when you accept your offer.
We recommend using Flywire to pay your fees via the QUT Application Portal. The Flywire service can be used to pay by international credit card or bank transfer and shows you how much your fees cost in Australian dollars and your home currency. QUT also accepts direct payment by credit and debit card. A surcharge applies to cards issued outside Australia.

Pay from the QUT Application Portal
You can pay your fees directly from the QUT Application Portal once you are ready to accept your unconditional offer.
- In the ‘Offer Details’ section, review the fees
- In the ‘Response to Offer’ section: Click the ‘Make Payment’ button
- Select Payment Method and follow the instructions
