QUT opened its two beautiful campuses in inner Brisbane to thousands of people on July 28 for the university’s 2024 Open Day.
The annual event was held at Gardens Point campus and Kelvin Grove campus on a picture-perfect winter’s day.
Hundreds of QUT staff, students and graduates spent hours helping school students and prospective mature-age students with advice on courses, careers, entry pathways and support services.
They also took visitors on tours, showcased the university’s technology and facilities, and opened up labs and studios.
Gardens Point campus hosted visitors interested in business, law, science, IT, engineering, built environment and health.
And over at Kelvin Grove, the seminars, tours and information tents focused on teaching, health, design and creative arts.
Open Day is QUT’s biggest annual event to learn about the university.
But if you weren’t able to attend Open Day there are plenty of other opportunities to find out more about studying at QUT and ask questions.
Events are held throughout the year, including online seminars for high schoolers, information nights on postgraduate study, and campus tours.
Visit QUT’s study events page for up-to-date information on what’s coming up.
Detailed course outlines are also available online for undergraduate degrees and postgraduate/research opportunities.
The QUT website also has lots of information about flexible study options, pathways and how to apply, support services, uni social life, and fees, costs and scholarships.
