QUT Business School offers a number of scholarships to students interested in developing their career and leadership potential.
In addition to financial support, all QUT Business School merit scholars gain automatic access to the QUT College of Excellence. This includes an invitation to the start of year camp with QUT merit scholars from all other faculties, and invitations to social, networking and professional development opportunities throughout their degree.

Dean's Scholars Program (QUT Business School)

BS06 Bachelor of Business (Dean’s Scholars Program)

Be financially rewarded for your excellent school results when you enter the QUT Business School Dean’s Scholars Program. The program offers the opportunity to complete a 3-year Bachelor of Business degree as part of a cohort of high-achieving students, and the option of adding a year of Honours research to differentiate yourself from other business graduates. Corporate Partners in Excellence (CPIE) Scholarship

$36,000 over 3 Years + 2 internships

BS05 Bachelor of Business or a business double degree* (exceptions apply)

Business Academic Excellence (BAE) Scholarship
Value and Duration:
$5,000 over 1 Year
Course:
A Bachelor of Business single or double degree (except BS06)
Application:
No scholarship application is required. Offers will be made to students who achieve an ATAR 97.00 or above and list a QUT business degree as their first QTAC preference.
Gain recognition for your outstanding high school results when you accept a Business Academic Excellence Scholarship upon admission to a single or double business degree at QUT. Valued at $5,000 for one year, this award supports your commencement at QUT, earns you entry into the QUT College of Excellence, and sets you apart for leadership positions based on your academic potential.
Brisbane Lord Mayor’s Multicultural Round Table Scholarship

$7,500 over 2 Years
Course:
A Bachelor of Business single or double degree (except BS06)

Applications will become available in February when the scholarship opens
Realise your cultural leadership potential as the recipient of this achievement-based scholarship. The program is designed for a student from a culturally and linguistically diverse background; providing financial support for your academic progress, while career coaching and industry mentoring develops your leadership aspirations.
Law Founders’ Scholarship
Value & Duration:
$10,000 across a maximum of 8 semesters
Course:
Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree or double degree incorporating Bachelor of Laws (Honours)

Online applications open in February each year for admitted students
Reach your full potential with support from a QUT Law Founders’ Scholarship. Each year a handful of commencing domestic students, who experience financial hardship, are supported in financial and practical ways to transition to university and to progress throughout their degree. The program offers access to a laptop, textbook loans, academic and industry mentors and financial aid.
Laurie Cowled Indigenous Business Scholarship

Eligibility:
You must be a female Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person to apply
Be supported to commence your business studies at QUT with this scholarship designed to assist female indigenous students transition from high school to university.
