Congratulations on a great outcome – you deserve it!

The next step will be to accept your offer to study at QUT. Follow these three simple steps to finalise your acceptance.

If you applied through an agent or QUT representative, they will guide you through the steps to accept your offer and pay your fees.

Once you have met the conditions of your offer you will receive an unconditional offer.

You can accept your offer directly from the QUT Application Portal.

  1. Go to Respond to offer
  2. Select “Accept Offer” and complete the online Acceptance of Offer form and submit.

If you are represented by a QUT representative, they will do this step on your behalf.

Respond to your offer

Your offer letter will tell you the fees you need to pay when you accept your offer.

You can pay your fees directly from the QUT Application Portal.

  1. In the ‘Offer Details’ section, review the fees.
  2. In the ‘Response to Offer’ section: Click the ‘Make Payment’ button.
  3. Select Payment Method and follow the instructions.

If you are represented by a QUT representative, they will do this step on your behalf.

Pay your fees

You will be notified when your acceptance has been finalised and we will send you or your QUT representative a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), if applicable.

If you require a student visa, you can then use your CoE to apply for one. You will not be able to apply for your Australian student visa until you have received your CoE.
