My tips to prospective and current students would be to surround yourself with the right people who will push you be the best version of yourself, say yes to all the opportunities that come your way and always believe in yourself.

I’m very glad I made the decision to come and study at QUT, it’s one of the best choices I’ve made. Living in Brisbane is more relaxed and easy-going atmosphere compared to my home country of Japan which is quite busy and competitive.

I love living in Brisbane. The weather is fantastic, and the people are so friendly. It’s a very welcoming city with great diversity of people from different cultures and backgrounds. When I first arrived I felt accepted and a part of the community.

I love living in Brisbane, it’s so green and has a slow and calming atmosphere which makes it a great place to study. The outdoor lifestyle is fantastic and I especially enjoy taking walks along the South Bank Parklands.
