Unlock savings with a QUT Sport membership

QUT students, staff, and alumni can access savings and discounts across QUT gyms, pools, and sport facilities with a free QUT Sport membership. Concession card holders are also eligible.

QUT Sport members receive:

  • discounted gym and pool memberships
  • discounted group fitness, virtual cycling and swimming classes
  • discounted court and field hire rates
  • access to exclusive classes and activities.

How does it work?

Once you’ve created an account and activated your free QUT Sport membership, you’ll then automatically have access to discounted rates for gym and pool memberships, facility hire, and more when you’re signed in to the QUT Sport portal.

How to become a member

Current QUT students

  1. Create an account or log in here.
  2. Select 'QUT Sport' from the Memberships drop down menu.
  3. Select the option ‘QUT Sport Membership – Student’.
  4. Follow the prompts through the checkout to activate your membership.
  5. Bring your QUT Student ID card to your first activity for verification.

Current QUT staff

  1. Create an account or log in here.
  2. Select 'QUT Sport' from the Memberships drop down menu.
  3. Select the option ‘QUT Sport Membership – Staff’.
  4. Follow the prompts through the checkout to activate your membership.
  5. Bring your QUT Staff ID card to your first activity for verification.

QUT alumni

  1. Create an account or log in here (you’ll need to know your QUT student number).
  2. Select 'QUT Sport' from the Memberships drop down menu.
  3. Select the option ‘QUT Sport Membership – Alumni’.
  4. Follow the prompts through the checkout to activate your membership.
  5. Confirm your alumni status with our staff on your first visit for verification.

Concession card holders

  1. Create an account or log in here (you’ll need to know your concession card details).
  2. Select 'QUT Sport' from the Memberships drop down menu.
  3. Select the option ‘QUT Sport Membership – Concession’.
  4. Follow the prompts through the checkout to activate your membership.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely. Members of the public can purchase gym and pool memberships or hire facilities at the public rate through the QUT Sport portal.

You can claim all free memberships you’re eligible for, however any discounts do not accumulate. You will simply be offered the lowest eligible price each time you purchase a membership, book a facility, or make another purchase through the portal.

No, we are unable to provide refunds for incorrect rates after the purchase has been made.

This QUT Sport membership and your RevSport account are not connected. All social sport registrations, administration, and payments are completed through the RevSport platform.

  • Student memberships are valid for three years from date of activation, or until you are no longer a QUT student (whichever comes first).
  • Staff memberships are valid for three years from date of activation, or until you are no longer a QUT staff member (whichever comes first).
  • Alumni memberships are valid for life.
  • Concession memberships are valid for three years from date of activation, or until you are no longer an eligible concession card holder (whichever comes first).
