Systems Engineering provides the framework to allow the interoperability to be addressed. These skills include technical design and implementation, management of the project and teamwork coordination. Compliance to Australian and International standards is also an essential requirement of the designs. This unit provides skills and knowledge for a project teamwork activity, and builds on the work you learned in foundation of engineering design and electronic design. This unit will develop the necessary competency in dealing with aerospace systems.The objectives of the unit are to provide a grounding in systems engineering methodology according to the various standards in use throughout the world, to expose you to the experience and the problems of working as a member of a design team, and to have you undertake a group design exercise.","title-full":"EGB349 Systems Engineering and Design Project","title-short":"Systems Engineering and Design Project","url":{"current":"https://qutvirtual4.qut.edu.au/group/student/enrolment/units/unit?unitCode=EGB349&year=2025","prospective":"https://www.qut.edu.au/study/unit?unitCode=EGB349","timetable":"https://qutvirtual3.qut.edu.au/qvpublic/ttab_unit_search_p.process_teach_period_search?p_unit_cd=EGB349"},"year":2025,"years":[2024,2025]}
