The unit will also examine professional and ethical standards and conduct in early childhood education and care. Through a blend of theory and practical application, you will learn how to write academically, engage in professional conversations and deliver impactful presentations supporting success in study and work. You will learn to uphold academic integrity through proper citation practices. You will learn and apply critical thinking and reflection, including analysing arguments and evaluating multiple sources of evidence. You will participate in 10 days of work integrated learning placement. This will provide opportunities to reflect and expand on material covered in this unit.
