This unit builds on the foundational knowledge and clinical skills acquired in Podiatric Medicine 1 and enables you to consolidate your skills and begin to effectively manage patients under staff supervision. Your clinical decisions will be informed by physical and diagnostic examinations conducted within the framework of technological, ethical, financial and legal considerations and an evidence-based context. You will demonstrate clinical competencies at an introductory level and aligned with AHPRA's professional capabilities for podiatrists, professional guidelines and codes of conduct.
