An appreciation of social determinants of health, foot health needs in the community, and the professional role and responsibilities of podiatrists in the community will be explored. You will experience team work and collaboration with a range of health professionals in an interdisciplinary environment. This unit will develop your capacity for reflection and form the basis for lifelong learning in professional practice, while consolidating knowledge and skills acquired across the course.
