You will learn about the application of dimensional analysis to experimental results, theoretical and analytical problem solving methods based on idealized versions of real engineering systems, and numerical studies based on the application of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This unit relies on a prior understanding of dynamics, fluid mechanics and thermodynamics studied in introductory and intermediate units.","title-full":"EGH423 Fluid Dynamics","title-short":"Fluid Dynamics","url":{"current":"https://qutvirtual4.qut.edu.au/group/student/enrolment/units/unit?unitCode=EGH423&year=2025","prospective":"https://www.qut.edu.au/study/unit?unitCode=EGH423","timetable":"https://qutvirtual3.qut.edu.au/qvpublic/ttab_unit_search_p.process_teach_period_search?p_unit_cd=EGH423"},"year":2025,"years":[2024,2025]}
