This unit introduces the fundamentals of \"business process automation”. You will learn how to develop an executable business process based on a business-oriented process model. You will practice how to automate an executable process using a business process management system (BPMS) and how to monitor its progress. The unit further presents various post-execution techniques for analysing the behaviour of automated processes.
