You are expected to draw on knowledge and skills gained in previous units to enhance capabilities for practice. A thorough understanding of the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice, National Health Priority Areas, and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards is essential to nursing practice and underpin this unit. This unit focuses on National Safety and Quality Health Standards (5) Comprehensive care and (8) Recognising and responding to acute deterioration. Understanding of these standards and related nursing care enables early identification of patient deterioration, can improve outcomes, and reduce required interventions. This on-campus unit fosters further development of knowledge and skills that you will critically analyse and reflect on throughout your remaining off-campus experiences.","title-full":"NSB336 Integrated Nursing Practice Capstone","title-short":"Integrated Nursing Practice Capstone","url":{"current":"https://qutvirtual4.qut.edu.au/group/student/enrolment/units/unit?unitCode=NSB336&year=2025","prospective":"https://www.qut.edu.au/study/unit?unitCode=NSB336","timetable":"https://qutvirtual3.qut.edu.au/qvpublic/ttab_unit_search_p.process_teach_period_search?p_unit_cd=NSB336"},"year":2025,"years":[2025]}
