Why choose this course?

This double degree merges the economic considerations of property with the creative innovation of interior design. You will understand individuals' social and psychological needs as they interact with interior environments. Considering design impact and economic viability, you will be able to assess, develop, and manage properties.

You will be prepared to work across a wide range of interior environments, from large-scale projects like healthcare facilities, airports, and educational precincts to smaller ventures such as cafes and event design. You will be uniquely placed to consult on projects across interior design, property development and real estate that maximise property value through design, or lead sustainable design and development projects that balance economic and ecological sustainability.
