In this four-year honours degree, you’ll begin with inter-disciplinary units to learn foundational design skills and knowledge shared across the architectural and built environment professions.
Your intermediate units will focus on landscape architecture specific knowledge, skills and applications, covering a range of principles, theories and processes that you will apply to real or simulated design scenarios. You will take core units covering history and theory, planting design, ecology, design psychology, placemaking, materials, landform and technology.
The final year will elevate your learning to a pre-professional level. You will be immersed in a collaborative learning environment to demonstrate acquired skills and knowledge in complex projects. You will also have the option to transfer your skills and knowledge to a diverse workplace or professional context through our work integrated learning program.
