Details and units

Diploma in Engineering

You must complete 96 credit points to meet the course requirements. Once you have successfully completed the diploma, you will be automatically offered a place in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours). Your diploma units will be credited into your degree.

Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)

The Bachelor of Engineering structure consists of 384 credit points with:

  • core units (96 credit points),
  • a primary major (192 credit points); and
  • complementary studies (96 credit points).

Upon completion of the Diploma in Engineering, you will complete the remaining 288 credit points of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours). As part of this course, you must choose a major.
