Explore this course
QUT College Diploma Advantage program will allow Year 11 students from QUT's 30 widening participation schools to study, with the support of their school, one unit at diploma level during QUT College's summer teaching period. This is a great opportunity to get a head start on your chosen study pathway or to try out a study area you're interested in.
Students will have access to all of QUT's facilities and enjoy campus life in the same way as current university students.
Program start dates
We have one start date a year. Your study period will be between 18 November 2024 - 14 February 2025.
Applications
Applications open 1 August 2024 and close 31 October 2024.
Support from your school
To be eligible for the program, your school must be included in QUT’s Widening Participation Program.
A staff member from your school can confirm your school’s participation in the program and will assess whether you're able to handle the workload involved in the program. Your school must approve your participation before you can submit your application form.
Your school will also need to have approval from your parents or guardians before they can endorse your application.
